School of Law Dean Daniel D. Polsby remarked, “Congressman Jolly has been a loyal, contributing member of our alumni community ever since he graduated. We’re delighted to see him flourishing in his professional endeavors, flatter ourselves on the part we may have played in them, and look forward to his continued friendship.”
