Wauters Wins Public Interest Fellowship

Mason Law third-year student Catherine Wauters has been selected for a new Barbri Public Interest Fellowship at the global nonprofit Save the Children.  See the announcement here.

Contestants submitted personal videos about why they would like this opportunity to improve the lives of children. A panel of legal professionals narrowed dozens of entries to 10, and the semi-finalists were determined by a public vote.

After the bar exam, Catherine will spend a year working at Save the Children's Office of General Counsel in Westport, Connecticut.
