History of the Journal of Trial Advocacy

The George Mason Inn of Court Electronic Journal of Trial Advocacy is published on the Internet for the benefit of the Members of the Inn and other legal professionals with an interest in trial advocacy. The Journal will publish materials prepared for the Inn's continuing legal education activities as well as articles written on topics related to trial and appellate advocacy with emphasis given to the law, rules, and practice in Virginia. The Journal will "publish" two editions each year, one during the Fall and the other during the Winter. Additionally, updates to the continuing education materials will be made from September through April of each year.
