The purpose of the Mason Law Democrats is to facilitate discussion of the Democratic Party platform and ideals at George Mason University School of Law. In order to do so, the Mason Law Democrats will emphasize the humanitarian underpinnings of Democratic public policy. The organization will seek to expound upon the ethical basis behind the Democratic Party platform and will use culture and literature to emphasize this basis. In keeping with the spirit of George Mason Law School, the Mason Law Democrats will show how Democratic public policy is both economically efficient and socially sound.
