The Law School's Technology Services unit provides support for all computer hardware and software at the Law School including the student labs. The Technology Services Center is located on the 3rd floor of the Law Library in Room 362, and is generally open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You can reach the Law School's Support Center at 703-993-4855 or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org. ITU at Fairfax (703-993-8870) can provide assistance with resetting e-mail passwords.
The computer labs are supported by the Law School's technology staff. Print Services staff are responsible for the laser printers and the Pay-For-Print System. Technology staff are located in room 362 of the Law Library, next to Lab 342 or email email@example.com.
The AV equipment in the law school's classrooms is supported by DoIt (Division of Instructional Technology). Faculty who need help with setting up or using the equipment in the classrooms should contact DoIT at 703-993-8226 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. DoIt hours are Monday - Friday, 8;30am - 10:00pm and Saturday - Sunday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Law faculty and students who need assistance with the courtroom equipment or advanced services such as audio or video recording should contact Carlos Sandoval, Technology and Classroom Services Specialist, Room 362, 703-993-8261 or email@example.com.
Groups who want to schedule the AV equipment for use outside of regularly scheduled classes need to contact the Arlington Campus Events Scheduling Coordinator at (703) 993-8924. For more information, see the Classroom Technologies website.
Law Library staff are responsible for the law school's website. All law school departments and student organizations are eligible for space on either the law school's or university's web servers. For more information, contact Donny Truong at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Reference Office, located on the first floor of the Law Library in Room 141, provides research support in the use of all electronic databases provided by the University including LexisNexis, Westlaw, Westlaw Next, TWEN, and Bloomberg Law. To reach a reference librarian, call 703-993-8076.
All law students are eligible to attend free computer training classes that are offered throughout the year at Arlington and Fairfax. DoIT, which offers training on web page creation and PowerPoint, announces their classes through the Law School's student listservs. For more information, see IT Training @ Mason.
