Comparative U.S. Election Law Seminar

The course explores individual states' election laws and administrative rules and the interplay with federal constitutional and statutory law affecting the regulation of elections. Students will gain a perspective on the variety of solutions just within the United States to election issues and the effects these state variations have upon our US presidential and other federal elections.
