Mossoff Speaks at IPO PTO Day Conference

On December 5 Professor Adam Mossoff participated in a panel discussion at the Patent and Trademark Office Day Conference held in Washington, D.C., at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. 

Appearing in the first of the Patent General Session panels, Mossoff spoke on the topic of the first-to-file provision of the America Invents Act, a piece of legislation enacted earlier in the year. Joining Mossoff on the panel were Robert Armitage of Eli Lilly and Co., Indianapolis, Indiana, and Dale Lazar of DLA Piper in Reston, Virginia.
