Somin Participates in "What If" Symposium

On April 1 Professor Ilya Somin participated in the 2011 Indiana Law Review Symposium on "What If: Counterfactuals in Constitutional History" held at Indiana University.

Leading constitutional law scholars from across the country gathered at the symposium to explore their favorite turning points from the timeline of American history and to discuss the ways a different outcome would have impacted subsequent legal developments or issues.

Somin led a discussion entitled, "What if Kelo Had Gone the Other Way?"
