Zywicki Gives Keynote Address at AFSA State Government Affairs Forum

Professor Todd Zywicki was selected to give the keynote address at the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) 13th State Government Affairs & Legal Issues Forum held in Denver from June 21 to 23. The forum provides an in-depth update on important issues affecting the industry, allowing an opportunity for attendees to participate in discussions of timely issues and receive updates on litigation, regulation, and legislation.

Zywicki spoke on the topic “The New Era of Financial Services Regulation” at a session held on June 22.

The AFSA, based in Washington, D.C., is the national trade association for the consumer credit industry. Its mission is to protect access to credit and consumer choice. The Association encourages ethical business practices and supports financial education for consumers of all ages.
