Mossoff Moderates Panel on ITC and Patent Disputes

Professor Adam Mossoff served as moderator for a panel of experts at a July 17 Capitol Hill event exploring how a Federal Trade Commission report prepared for the International Trade Commission would hamper innovation, encourage patent infringement, and place America at a competitive disadvantage compared to emerging markets. The event, entitled "The ITC and Patent Disputes: Why Efforts to Downgrade Patent Rights Would Hamper Innovation and Export American Jobs," was sponsored by the Innovation Alliance.

Participating in the panel were Bryan Giles, Sr. Patent Counsel at InterDigital Communications and Alex Rogers, Sr. Vice President for Litigation at QUALCOMM.
