Rabkin Takes Part in Heritage Foundation Discussion

On October 11 Professor Jeremy Rabkin was a participant in a Heritage Foundation discussion entitled, "Model, Resource or Outlier? Does it Matter? What Effect Has the U.S. Constitution Had on the Recently Adopted Constitutions of Other Nations?"

The event was held at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C.

Joining Rabkin in the discussion were Istvan Stumpf, justice of the Supreme Constitutional Court of Hungary; Ron Rotunda, professor of jurisprudence at Chapman University School of Law; Emilia Versteeg, associate professor at the University of Virginia School of Law; and Edwin Meese III, chairman of the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation.
