Schleicher Law Review Article Selected for Republication

An article published by the George Mason Law Review that was co-authored by Professor David Schleicher and Daniel B. Rodriguez was selected for republication in Land Use and Environmental Law Review, which selects the best land use and environmental law articles each year.

The authors argue for local-government and land use scholars to pay attention to the key insights of agglomeration economics and to some of the central lessons from political economy as they bear on governmental decision making in a complex and constrained market and to note the ways in which the location market impacts policy choice.
