Mossoff Speaks at Constitution Day Event

On September 18, Marymount University celebrated its tenth annual Constitution Day Luncheon with Professor Adam Mossoff as its guest speaker.

Mossoff spoke on the topic "Patents as Property Rights: The Uniquely American Constitutional Mandate for Promoting Innovation."

The event, which marked the 226th anniversary of the framing of the U.S. Constitution, was hosted by Marymount University's Department of History and Politics as the annual springboard event of its American Heritage Initiative, an educational program to advance understanding of and commitment to American founding principles among students and the wider community.
