Lund Comments on Likelihood of Supreme Court Taking Up Gun Cases

Professor Nelson Lund comments in a Washington Times article on whether the Supreme Court will decide to hear three Second Amendment cases.

In the article, Lund said he thinks that the chances are not high and the Supreme Court is more likely to wait for a case about carrying guns in public. “There’s been a lot of action in the lower courts, and the Supreme Court in situations like this often waits for what it thinks is a pretty good case,” Lund said.
