Mossoff on Patent Reform Legislation

Professor Adam Mossoff discusses the patent reform legislation in Congress in a Legal Newsline article.

Mossoff explains that patent reform legislation is not going away and points to the Targeting Rogue and Opaque Letters Act as a bill that “actually addresses the bad actors.” However, he cautions, “We have to be careful to not impose collateral damage on good companies and good innovators.”
