On Monday, June 30, 2014, Professor Ilya Somin appeared on the Wall Street Journal's online Lunch Break show to talk about the U.S. Supreme Court's opinion in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. In a 5-to-4 decision, the court ruled that closely held corporations with religious objections to certain types of birth control may decline to cover their employees' contraception costs in health care plans.
