Mason Law Professors Participate in Antitrust Policy Event
On Thursday, January 29, an event on the “Obama Administration Antitrust Policy: A Report Card” featured several Mason Law professors. The event was hosted by the Heritage Foundation.
In the morning, a Department of Justice panel discussion included Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg. A second panel featured Professor Joshua D. Wright, who currently serves as a Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission, on leave from the law school. In the afternoon, Professor Damien Geradin joined a panel on the topic of Antitrust Abroad.
