Professor David Bernstein offers an analysis on the Obama administration, Constitution, and rule of law in Lawless. It publishes November 17, 2015 by Encounter Books.

Bernstein is a George Mason University Foundation Professor of Law. He teaches constitutional law, evidence, and products liability. His previous books include Rehabilitating Lochner: Defending Individual Rights Against Progressive Reform (University of Chicago Press, 2011) and Only One Place of Redress: African Americans, Labor Regulations, and the Courts from Reconstruction to the New Deal (Duke University Press Books, 2001).
