Malcolm Speaks at ASPA Event on the Second Amendment
On Wednesday, March 18, 2015, Professor Joyce Lee Malcolm was a panelist at a program on “Ground Zero for Gun Control: The District of Columbia and the New Politics of the Second Amendment.” The program was held by the National Capital Area Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA).
The panel discussion explored current complexities and challenges surrounding gun control. Joining Malcolm for the discussion was Rob Wilcox from the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence. Dr. Kristin Goss from the School of Public Policy at Duke University moderated the discussion.
