Mossoff Speaks at Patent Reform Seminar

On June 12, 2015, Professor Adam Mossoff participated in a program discussing patent legislation currently pending before Congress, including the Innovation Act, TROL Act, STRONG Patents Act, and PATENT Act.

Mossoff was featured in a panel on “Patent Reform for a Better Patent System,” which explored provisions that should be part of patent reform initiatives. Joining Mossoff for the discussion were John Whealan, Dean for Intellectual Property Law Studies at George Washington Law School; Vince Garlock, Deputy Executive Director of the American Intellectual Property Law Association; and Hans Sauer, Deputy General Counsel for IP at the Biotechnology Industry Organization.
