Somin Discusses New Book in Federalist Society Teleforum

On June 5, 2015, Professor Ilya Somin participated in a Federalist Society teleforum program to discuss his new book The Grasping Hand: Kelo v. City of New London and the Limits of Eminent Domain.

In the new book, Somin analyzes the Supreme Court’s 2005 eminent domain case and argues that the Kelo decision was a serious error.

Joining Somin for the program and offering commentary was New York University School of Law Professor Richard A. Epstein.
