On September 24, Scalia Law Associate Professor and Director of Economic Education at the Global Antitrust Institute, John M. Yun, testified before the Senate Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy, and Consumer Rights.

His testimony warned against sweeping regulation that would adversely impact innovation. “Without the discipline of weighing those benefits and costs to correct a perceived market or agency failure, these proposals can lead to unintended consequences and even greater inefficiencies and harm to consumers,” Yun said.
