David Hull

Biographical Sketch

David Hull is the Assistant Dean for Academic Administration, having joined Scalia Law in 2022 as the Director of Academic Administration.  Mr. Hull comes to Scalia Law from Northern Virginia Community College, where he served as the Associate Director of Dual Enrollment.  From 2016 to 2021, he served as the Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Naval Sea Cadet Corps, a national non-profit youth development organization, where he directed headquarters and field operations, developed and enforced policy, led a from-scratch curriculum overhaul, and served as principal investigator on more than $25 million in federal grants.   He previously held a faculty appointment in the Criminal Justice Department at Saint Anselm College, where he taught undergraduate criminology, law, and statistics courses from 2009 to 2016.  Mr. Hull previously lectured at the University of Maryland’s Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice.

David Hull earned his BS and MS in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, his MA in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, and his JD from Boston College Law School.
