Biographical Sketch

Rebekah Green focuses her practice in real estate, business, contract, estate, and land use transactional and litigation matters.

Additionally, fulfilling her passion for animals and animal welfare, Professor Green represents veterinary professionals and animal non-profit associations in structuring and formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract review and drafting, lease review and drafting, and litigation.

Prior to and while attending law school, Professor Green worked as a paralegal and then law clerk at several law firms in Virginia, resulting in over 16 years of legal experience. She was the first evening student to serve as editor of the Catholic University Law Review.
