Biographical Sketch

Stephanie Groff serves as an attorney with the Department of Justice’s Office of Immigration Litigation, where she represents the government before the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in civil immigration litigation.

Professor Groff previously worked as an attorney for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, in the Immigration Law and Practice Division. Additionally, she clerked at the Los Angeles Immigration Court through the Attorney General’s Honors Program.
