Biographical Sketch
Nathan Kelley is the former Solicitor of the United States Patent and Trademark Office and also served as the acting Chief Administrative Patent Judge of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Since leaving the government, his practice focuses on patent appeals before the Federal Circuit.
