As was previously announced Scalia Law School will hold a full, in-person graduation ceremony on Saturday, May 15 at 1:00 pm. We are the only unit in the University who has been given permission for this type of ceremony and there has been much to do to work out the logistics of such an endeavor. There will be strict COVID restrictions in place and more information to come on the ceremony itself. To accommodate students who cannot attend an in-person event at this time, we will also be offering an option for virtual attendance at the ceremony. Students who attend in person will be able to walk across the stage when their name is read, and students who attend virtually will be featured onscreen when their name is read.
If you are planning on attending graduation you must email Denise Beatty (email@example.com) by April 18, 2021 and indicate if you are attending in person or virtually.
To participate in graduation - either in person or virtually, you must order your regalia by April 18, 2021.

You will select if you are attending in person or virtually and be taken to the ordering options.
MORE INFORMATION TO COME:
The graduation ceremony will be held in the parking lot of the Eagle Bank Area on the Fairfax main campus of GMU. Each graduate will be allowed four guests. There will be a separate email coming with instructions on how to register your guests for the ceremony. The deadline for you to register your guests will be May 7. You will need to know the names of your guests and provide contact information for each guest to fulfill Covid contact tracing requirements. Again, another email is coming with more detailed instructions and a registration link.
The law school is collecting photos for a video montage that will be shown during the graduation ceremony. The deadline for photo submission is May 7. Please submit photos here: https://sls.gmu.edu/contact/submit-your-photos-for-graduation.
