Kelly McNamara Corley Speaks at George Mason University’s Winter Graduation
Discover Financial Services Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and founder of the Corley Institute for Diversity & Inclusion at Scalia Law, Kelly McNamara Corley (JD ’89) recalled the “life-changing” environment she encountered as a law school student. She told the graduates that the ability to cultivate strong relationships with people from different backgrounds “will be the foundation of your future success.”
“I can tell you from experience that what will stick with you is the ability to live and work together with people whose opinions, experiences, and beliefs differ from your own,” Corley said.
