Professor Megan Stevenson Awarded 2019 Oliver E. Williamson Prize

Scalia Law Professor Megan Stevenson is the winner of the 2019 Oliver E. Williamson prize for the best article in the Journal of Law, Economics and Organization (JLEO), one of the most prestigious journals in law and economics. Her article, “Distortion of Justice: How the Inability to Pay Bail Affects Case Outcomes,” was selected from all papers published in JLEO within the previous three years.
