The Law & Economics Center Hosted a Civil Justice Fest
Throughout the month of November, the Law & Economics Center hosted a Civil Justice Fest: A Month of Dialogues On the Most Pressing Civil Justice Issues. Over twelve engaging panels, the LEC purposed to help make sense of America’s rapidly changing civil justice environment.
The recordings of all twelve panels are now available at masonlec.org. The series features thought-provoking webinars on the most pressing civil justice issues, including: Managing Dockets during COVID-19, Drafting and Approving Restatements at the American Law Institute (ALI), A Case Study of Issues Surrounding FDA 510(k) Clearance, The New California Privacy Act, and more.
