Scalia-Ginsburg Colloquy
Plan to join us on Wednesday, July 9 from 5:00-6:15 p.m. EDT as we hear from constitutional law experts on the trio of religion cases before the Supreme Court this Term: Catholic Charities Bureau v. Wisconsin Labor & Industry Review Commission, Mahmoud v. Taylor, and Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board v. Drummond.
Our distinguished panelists are Erwin Chemerinsky, dean and Jesse H. Choper Distinguished Professor of Law, UC Berkeley Law, and Richard W. Garnett, Paul J. Schierl/Fort Howard Corp. Professor of Law, concurrent professor of political science, and director, Program on Church, State & Society, University of Notre Dame Law School. Helen Alvaré, Robert A. Levy Endowed Chair in Law and Liberty at Scalia Law, will moderate the discussion.
The Scalia-Ginsburg Colloquy is an online forum for presentation of both sides of current important constitutional law topics. It pays tribute to the lively debate engendered by the great Justices for whom the Colloquy is named.
