Gray Center Hosts Capitol Hill Conference on the Power of the Legislative Branch

The C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State hosted a conference on the waning role of Congress in formulating federal law and policy.

Panels at the Capitol Hill event discussed how and why Congress’s role in governance has changed in recent decades and what can be done to restore Congress to its proper place in the constitutional system.

Professor Adam White, Executive Director of the Gray Center, opened the event and moderated two panels.
