NSI/GMU Schar School Conference Examines How Authoritarian States Undermine the U.S. Judicial Process

The National Security Institute (NSI) and the Terrorism, Transnational Crime and Corruption Center (TRaCCC) at GMU's Schar School hosted a conference on “The Abuse and Exploitation of Red Notices, Interpol, and the U.S. Judicial Process by Russia and other Authoritarian States.” The conference focused on how the asylum and judicial process in the United States is being undermined. Speakers provided perspectives on the problems and offered thoughts on policies to mitigate risks.
