Scalia Law School Hosts Its Second Scalia Forum

The Scalia Forum is an annual event to preserve the legacy of Associate Justice Antonin Scalia through in-depth analysis and thoughtful commentary on the contemporary influence of his judicial philosophy. The Second Annual Scalia Forum, “Nondelegation: Then What? How the Congress, the President, and the Agencies can Game the System” featured remarks by Judge Doug H. Ginsburg.
