Jennifer Mascott

Several national news outlets interviewed Jennifer Mascott to get her insights on the Supreme Court’s recent decisions in Students for Fair Admissions v. President and Fellows of Harvard College, Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina, Biden v. Nebraska, and 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis. Professor Mascott is Co-Executive Directors at Scalia Law’s C. Boyden Gray Center and an Assistant Professor of Law at Scalia Law. She is an expert on administrative and constitutional law and the separation of powers. Mascott is also a former law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and to then-Judge Brett M.
