Federal and State Judiciary Turn to Scalia Law for Talented and Highly Qualified Law Clerks

Scalia Law students and graduates have secured 102 clerkships for the 2025-2028 terms, a milestone that solidifies the school’s reputation as a premier institution for judicial placement. This success is underscored by the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings, which place Scalia Law at #11 in the nation for federal judicial clerkship placement. This outstanding placement class, which includes a coveted clerkship at the U.S. Supreme Court, demonstrates that now more than ever, the federal and state judiciary relies on Scalia Law for talented and well-qualified law clerks.
The 102 placements span the entire judicial landscape, highlighting the diverse interests and skillsets of our students and the versatility of a legal education from Scalia Law. The totals (also in the graphic) include:
  • 31 clerkships at the U.S. Courts of Appeals
  • 28 clerkships at the U.S. District Courts
  • 12 clerkships at the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and Court of Claims
  • 30 clerkships at State Trial and Appellate Courts
  • 1 clerkship at the U.S. Supreme Court
