Robert Luther III and Andrew Ceonzo Deliver Special Issue of George Mason Law Review to Speaker of the House Mike Johnson

In a notable moment of student-faculty collaboration, Distinguished Professor Robert Luther III and George Mason Law Review Senior Forum Editor Andrew Ceonzo recently met with Speaker of the House Mike Johnson to present printed copies of a special issue of the Law Review. The journal issue features remarks the Speaker delivered during the 2024 Scalia Forum.

Professor Luther is a widely respected legal scholar whose scholarship covers the federal courts, legal and judicial ethics, political law, Congress, and professional sports. He teaches several popular courses at Scalia Law, including Constitutional Law, Legal Writing for Law Clerks, and Legislation & Statutory Interpretation. He has held senior roles in all three branches of the federal government and is the founder of Constitutional Solutions PLLC, a firm that advises public officials, judges, and high-profile clients on legal and reputational matters.
