The panel was part of a series of events held all week long from February 9–13 at the Scalia Law School in remembrance of Justice Scalia on the tenth anniversary of his passing.
The panelists included:

- The Honorable Joan L. Larsen, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit;
- The Honorable Roy W. McLeese III, District of Columbia Court of Appeals; and
- The Honorable Patrick J. Schiltz, U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
