Sword and Scale Society
The Sword and Scale Society is a student organization dedicated to the use and reform of capital punishment within the judiciary. This Society supports increasing robust discussion surrounding capital cases, sentencing, and executions among members of the legal community. This Society aims to spread substantive information about the processes, purposes, and nuances of capital punishment. This Society further supports exploration of reforms to capital punishment, from the pre-trial stage, to trial, appeals, and final execution.
